SCDCA v. Clear Credit, LLC and Michael D. Lovett, as an individual Docket No. 06-ALJ-30-0941-CC
On April 3, 2007, the Administrative Law Court (ALC) issued a Consent Order for this case. Highlights of the Order include requiring Clear Credit, LLC and Michael D. Lovett to: (1) pay an administrative fine of seven thousand dollars ($7,000) to the Department, (2) pay all outstanding judgments against them and (3) comply with increased reporting requirements.
