The list includes organizations offering:

  • debt management plans (debt consolidation);
  • credit repair; and
  • debt settlement/ negotiation.

The list does not include organizations that offer services for free, because they do not have to be licensed under our law. If the consumer pays the organization any money whatsoever, the services are not considered "free", and the organization must be licensed.
