Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0624-IJ - SCDCA vs. 1st Continental Mortgage, Inc. - A hearing was schedule for January 28, 2008. Respondent 1st Continental Mortgage, Inc. entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Department prior to the hearing which cleared any and all outstanding issues.
Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0581-CC - Robert T. Cherry vs. SCDCA - A hearing was held on January 222, 2008. Based on the information provided to the Court, Petitioner was GRANTED licensing by the Court on January 29, 2008, with conditions.
Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0496-IJ - SCDCA vs. Oricon Funding Corporation and Alexander A. Gussin, Individually - Petitioner sought relief for Respondent failure to maintain a physical location in South Carolina and requested a hearing with the Court, prior to a Court dated being set, the company withdrew and surrendered their South Carolina Broker License.

Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0211-IJ - SCDCA vs. JMAC Mortgage and James Berry, Individually - The COURT issued a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER on June 28, 2007. The Respondent failed to respond to the court with a response to the Petition and failed to appear at the scheduled hearing set for June 7, 2007. Respondent was required by COURT to provided documentation on closed loans processed by unlicensed originators, to refund dollars collect under contract entered into, pay an administrative fine and to revoke said license immediately.
Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0207-IJ - SCDCA vs Capital Financial Group and Steve Dill, Individually - The Department brought action for unlicensed originators. Owner, Steve Dill provided documentation to resolve issue and an ORDER OF DISMISSAL was issued by the Judge on June 6, 2007.
Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0155-IJ - SCDCA vs The Mortgage Zone, Inc. - The Department brought action for the company's failure to staff the location in this State. The company paid an ADMINISTRATIVE FINE and the Court issued an ORDER to DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0118-IJ - SCDCA vs. Main Street Mortgage Services and Tiffany D. Lindsey, Individually - A hearing was to be held on June 12, 2007. An ORDER OF DISMISSAL was issued by the Judge on May 8, 2007, as the company was no longer doing business in South Carolina.
Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0086-CC - Chavonda R. Gallman vs SCDCA - Petitioner Gallman applied for licensing on January 16, 2007 and was DENIED by staff on January 24, 2007. A hearing was held on April 11, 2007 and based on the information provided to the Court, Petitioner was DENIED by the Court on April 26, 2007 for licensing as an originator.
Docket No. 07-ALJ-30-0036-CC - Tony McElveen vs SCDCA - Petitioner McElveen applied for renewal license and was DENIED by staff on January 10, 2007. A hearing was held on February 20, 2007 and based on the information provided to the Court, Petitioner was DENIED by Court on October 1, 2007, with stipulations to the ORDER that Petitioner McElveen must comply with that include an administrative fine, refunds to consumers and providing required or related documentation.
Docket No. 06-ALJ-30-0901-CC - Wendy A. Brown vs SCDCA - Petitioner Brown applied for licensing approximately on October 30, 2006 and was DENIED by staff on October 30, 2006. The Court ordered Petitioner Brown to provided Pre-hearing Statements by March 21, 2007 and they were not provided to the Court. The Court issued a ORDER OF DISMISSAL based on the lack of response from Petitioner Brown on March 29, 2007.
Docket No. 06-ALJ-30-0861-CC - Laura D. Gibson vs SCDCA - Petitioner Gibson applied for licensing on September 6, 2006 and was DENIED by staff on October 12, 2006. A hearing was held on February 27, 2007 and based on the information provided to the Court, Petitioner Gibson was GRANTED licensing by Court on Mach 5, 2007.
Docket No. 06-ALJ-30-0830-CC - Angela W. Whitmire vs SCDCA - Petitioner Whitmire applied for licensing on May 30, 2006 and was DENIED by staff on July 7, 2006.
