Motor Club Certificates of Authority are renewed annually from September 1 to October 31. There is no renewal form, however, a renewal may be made by submitting the following:

1. The motor club's most recent financial statement prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and certified by two officers of the corporation;
2. A check in the amount of $500.00; and
3. A copy of the motor club's bond Continuation Certificate which bond should be on file with the Department in the amount of $50,000.
